Screen Printing Vector Art
Vector art for screen printing, separated and ready
Logos and artwork redrawn as clean vectors in solid spot colours, each on its own layer, so your screens burn sharp and your colours line up. The same files work for DTF transfers, signs and promotional products. Delivered in 6–24 hours, or in 1–6 hours with rush.

Why Printers Ask for Vectors
Sharp screens start with sharp art
Every ink colour in a screen print needs its own screen, and every screen is made from your artwork. A blurry JPG or a small logo gives soft, jagged edges and colours that don't line up, while vector art stays sharp at any print size.
We redraw your design as vector shapes in solid spot colours, reduce the number of colours where it helps, and keep each one on its own layer. Your printer, or your own RIP software, can then output a clean separation for every screen.
Best for
- T-shirts, hoodies and team apparel
- Tote bags and promotional products
- Small or blurry logos that need rebuilding
- Brand colours matched to Pantone numbers
- Busy designs that need fewer screens
- DTF transfers and signs from the same art
How We Build It
Artwork that separates cleanly
Solid colours, clean layers and line weights that survive the screen.
Solid spot colours
Each colour is a flat spot colour, not a gradient or blend, so it separates cleanly onto its own screen.
One layer per ink
Every ink colour sits on its own named layer, ready for your printer or RIP software to separate.
Your Pantone colours
Tell us your Pantone numbers or ink colours and we name each spot colour to match.
Fewer colours, fewer screens
Where a design has more colours than it needs, we suggest a simpler palette that prints just as well and costs less to set up.
Lines that hold
Very thin lines and small text are thickened just enough to print, so they don't break up on the screen.
Built at print size
Artwork is drawn at your print size, with text converted to outlines, so it opens the same on any computer.

FAQ
Screen printing art questions
Do you make the films or separations?
We deliver vector artwork with every colour as its own spot colour layer, which is what printers use to output films or image screens. Printing the films is done by your printer or with your RIP software.
Which file format should I send my printer?
Most screen printers ask for AI, EPS or PDF with text converted to outlines. We deliver AI, EPS, PDF and SVG and more, all included in the price, so choose every format you need when you order.
How much does vector art for screen printing cost?
Vector art for screen printing is priced by how complex the artwork is, with one price per design whatever its size: Simple is $25, Medium is $50 and Complex is $75. Text and simple one-colour logos are usually Simple. See the pricing page for details.
Can you match my brand colours?
Yes. Tell us your Pantone numbers or ink colours in the order instructions, and each spot colour in the file is named to match.
